Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or signing this estimate contract. These Terms and Conditions apply to any work performed and/or materials supplied by Jupiter Landscaping Corporation (“Contractor”), and to the use of our website. By using our website or signing this estimate, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Website Terms of Use

• Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
• Use of Website: You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.

Payment Terms

• Full Payment Responsibility: Customer is responsible for paying the full amount of the estimate contract, including taxes, credit card fees, and/or other fees that may apply at the end of the contract.
• Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required by the Customer once the estimate is approved. Once the deposit is received, a job date is scheduled and communicated to the Customer.
• Final Payment: Upon job completion, payment in full is due, covering the remaining balance of the estimate contract, excluding any additional labor requested by the Customer.
• Payment Methods: Payments are accepted by cash, check to Jupiter Landscaping, via Zelle to jupiterlandscaping@gmail.com, or credit card with a transaction fee of 2.5%.
  

Scheduling and Delays

• Job Scheduling: Job dates are scheduled based on the availability of Jupiter Landscaping Corporation's calendar.
• Potential Delays: Customer understands that agreed job dates may be affected by weather, ground conditions, or supply issues. Jupiter Landscaping will keep the Customer informed of any updates or changes.

Warranties

• Synthetic Turf and Putting Green Material: 10-year warranty, excluding labor, seams, and edges.
• Labor Warranty: 3 months.
• Plants and Shrubs: 3-month warranty, excluding physical damage, with liability for one-time replacement only.
• Trees: No warranty due to their high quality and special care requirements.
• Other Products: Products such as pavers, travertine, plastic edging, and weed barrier cloth are not covered under warranty.
• Liability: Contractor is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Responsibilities

• Notification of Subterranean Infrastructure: Customer must notify Jupiter Landscaping of any drainage, sewer pipes, or other infrastructure below ground. Jupiter Landscaping is not responsible for these but will fix and add additional costs to the estimate if needed.
  

Customer Satisfaction

• Quality Assurance: Jupiter Landscaping Corporation guarantees 100% Customer Satisfaction. We aim to exceed expectations with high-quality labor and products.

Legal Disclaimer

• Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Jupiter Landscaping Corporation be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the website or services.
